Invoices are not sent unless specifically indicated in the order. However, invoices generated from an order will be available from this website, by accessing the private user area available through email identification and password.
Return of products
In compliance with current regulations, any item purchased in this online shop can be returned within 2 days from the date of receipt as perishable items, without having to provide any explanation, as long as it is returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, it will be accepted without further ado.
Within an estimated period of 10 to 20 days from receipt of the return, we undertake to reimburse you using the same method of payment if possible.
If the return is due to defective condition or does not correspond to what was requested in the order placed, you must provide the necessary documentation to prove that the item is not in perfect condition (photos or videos), in this situation we will bear the costs of the return and new shipment if appropriate.
